fire & ice 2023
With debuting at our first market, we were focused on set-up, the excitement of seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new customers, and spending time with our incredibly talented market neighbor (and amazing human) Frenchie P.
As a result, I didn’t have time to photograph the amazing display of holiday spirit on the Square. And although these photos don’t capture a fraction of the festivities, they hopefully convey enough of the ambience of our incredibly special town.
The night included:
- horse drawn carriage rides
- cookie decorating
- ice sculpting
- fire twirling
- caroling
- a lighted parade
- contests for:
- Cindy Lou Who
- Doggos in their Best Dressed Holiday themed wares
- & a frozen t-shirt contest
The Square was lined with local small businesses in market tents, and the shops were open for extended houses. I was grateful to be manning the ASTER CROW booth with my son, with the support of my husband in helping set up and bring tea to keep me fueled.. So many incredible memories made, and a night that won’t be soon forgotten.
Thank You Brodhead!
We are so very fortunate to call Brodhead home.
Humbled by our community’s support.
